Paragraph 4: Special provisions for sales by mutual agreement.

The authorisation for the sale by mutual agreement of one or more properties, issued pursuant to article L. 642-18, determines the price of each property and the essential terms of the sale. The order is notified in accordance with the first paragraph of article R. 642-23. The liquidator signs the deeds necessary to complete the sale. He may not, in his capacity as agent, acquire the debtor’s real estate.
