Subject to the compatibility of his or her workstation, the departmental councillor is deemed to fall within the category of persons who have, where applicable, the most favourable access to teleworking in the exercise of their employment.

In addition to the leave of absence from which they benefit under the conditions set out in article L. 3123-1, the presidents and members of the departmental councils are entitled to a credit of hours enabling them to have the time necessary for the administration of the department or the body to which they represent it and for the preparation of meetings of the bodies on which they sit.
