Subsection 8: Relations with the State representative.

The representative of the State shall be heard by the territorial council at its request. He/she shall be provided with the agendas of the meetings as well as the documents sent to the territorial councillors pursuant to article LO 6221-22.

At its request, the president of the territorial council receives from the representative of the State the information necessary for the exercise of its attributions.
