Decisions taken by the mayor by delegation from the town council or by a deputy or town councillor by sub-delegation are recorded in the register of deliberations in date order, under the conditions provided for in article R. 2121-9. The sheets of paper on which these decisions are transcribed bear the name of the commune and the nature of these acts.

The delegation threshold set by the deliberation provided for in 30° of article L. 2122-22 of this code may not exceed 100 euros.
