Subsection 1: General provisions.

The number of caravan spaces taken into account under the provisions of article L. 2334-2 is set, for each municipality and each calendar year, in the agreement provided for in article L. 851-1 of the Social Security Code. This number is determined on 1st January of the year preceding the financial year for which the overall operating grant is allocated. .

For the application of article L. 2334-4: 1° The compensation allocations referred to in 1 of II of this article taken into account are those recorded on 15 February of the year of allocation in the accounts provided for the allocation of compensation allocations in the management accounts of the communes for the year preceding the year of allocation.

Indexation to the rate of change in the lump-sum allocation, mentioned in the fourth paragraph of III of article L. 2334-7, of the credits received in 2014 pursuant to I of D of the article 44 de la loi de finances pour 1999, shall apply to the amount of these credits as it results from any indexations made in previous years.
