The articles R. 1112-3 to R. 1112-8 and R. 1112-15 to R. 1112-17 are applicable to public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation. For their application, the text should read: “établissement public de coopération intercommunale” instead of: “territorial authority having decided on a referendum” and : “president of the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation” for: “president of the executive body of the competent local authority” .
