The provisions of this section apply to tests carried out, pursuant to 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of I of article L. 232-5, by the French Anti-Doping Agency, either on its own initiative or at the request of approved sports federations.

The natural or legal person responsible for the premises referred to in article L. 232-13-1 shall make suitable premises available to the person conducting the test.
