Paragraph 4: Approval of inspection bodies

The approval referred to in II of article L. 232-5 is issued by the Agence française de lutte contre le dopage (French Anti-Doping Agency) under conditions that it defines, relating in particular to the qualifications and initial and ongoing training of the persons working on behalf of the organisation concerned as well as the duration of the approval. The list of approved organisations is published on the Agency’s website.
