Subsection 2: Conclusion of the contract.

The apprenticeship contract is a written contract containing mandatory clauses and information. It is signed by both contracting parties before the apprentice is taken on.

Where a minor apprentice is employed by an ascendant, the apprenticeship contract is replaced by a declaration signed by the employer.
