Subsection 2: Making available.

When a modelling agency makes a model available to a user, a contract for the provision of a model is concluded in writing between the user and the agency. This contract specifies the characteristics of the service required of the model. A copy of the contract is given to the model by the agency before he or she accepts the proposed assignment.

For the duration of the service, the user is responsible for the conditions under which the work is performed in accordance with the legal provisions and collective bargaining stipulations applicable at the place of work.
