Article L7123-17 of the French Labour Code

When a modelling agency makes a model available to a user, a contract for the provision of a model is concluded in writing between the user and the agency.

This contract specifies the characteristics of the service required of the model.

A copy of the contract is given to the model by the agency before he or she accepts the proposed assignment.

Lorsqu’une agence de mannequins met un mannequin à la disposition d’un utilisateur, un contrat de mise à disposition est conclu par écrit entre l’utilisateur et l’agence.

Ce contrat précise les caractéristiques de la prestation demandée au mannequin.

Un exemplaire du contrat est délivré par l’agence au mannequin avant toute acceptation de sa part de la mission qui lui est proposée.
