Centres that have signed the agreement referred to in article L. 2212-2 may carry out voluntary interruptions of pregnancy using medication.
When it carries out voluntary termination of pregnancy by medication, the centre must enlist the help of a pharmacist registered on the roll of section E or H of the national order of pharmacists. If the centre is part of a health establishment, this pharmacist may be one of the pharmacists in the establishment’s in-house pharmacy, which supplies the centre under the conditions set out in article R. 5126-13. Medicines are administered by a doctor or midwife from the centre under the conditions set out in articles R. 2212-9 to R. 2212-19.
