Shares may not be pledged as collateral. Their nominal value may not be less than 15 euros. Shares corresponding to contributions in kind are non-transferable and are cancelled when the holder ceases to be a partner.

At least half the nominal value of shares representing cash contributions must be paid up at the time of subscription. The remainder is paid up in one or more instalments, either on the dates stipulated in the Articles of Association, or by decision of the General Meeting, and at the latest within two years of registration of the company.
