The amount received by a municipality under 1° of article L. 2334-22 is equal to the product of its population multiplied by the relative difference between the average per capita financial potential of municipalities belonging to the same demographic group and the per capita financial potential of the municipality, weighted by the tax effort taken into account up to a limit of 1.2.

The amount received by a commune under 4° of Article L. 2334-22 is equal to the product of its population multiplied by the relative difference between the commune’s financial potential per hectare and the average financial potential per hectare of communes with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.
