Paragraph 1: Urban equalisation grant.

For the distribution of the urban equalisation allowance between metropolitan departments, the synthetic index of resources and charges is obtained by adding the ratios defined in 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of article L. 3334-6-1, respectively assigned weighting coefficients of 0.5, 0.25, 0.1 and 0.15.

For a given département, the urbanisation rate mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 3334-6-1 is equal to the ratio between, on the one hand, the municipal population of the communes in this département characterised as densely populated or of intermediate density in the density grid available on the website of the Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques on 1st January of the allocation year and,…
