Article R3334-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the distribution of the urban equalisation allowance between metropolitan departments, the synthetic index of resources and charges is obtained by adding the ratios defined in 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of article L. 3334-6-1, respectively assigned weighting coefficients of 0.5, 0.25, 0.1 and 0.15.

Pour la répartition de la dotation de péréquation urbaine entre les départements métropolitains, l’indice synthétique de ressources et de charges est obtenu par addition des rapports définis aux 1°, 2°, 3° et 4° de l’article L. 3334-6-1, respectivement affectés des coefficients de pondération 0,5, 0,25, 0,1 et 0,15.
