The fees to be received for analysis and testing costs in the departmental laboratories are set by the departmental council.
The proportional royalty per kilowatt-hour produced on hydropower is determined in accordance with the provisions adopted for the application of article 67 of law n° 53-79 of 7 February 1953 and relating to the fixing at uniform values of the proportional royalties referred to in article 9 of the law of 16 October 1919.

The fees payable each year to a department for the temporary occupation of its public domain by work sites on public electricity distribution network structures are set by the general council under the conditions provided for in articles R. 2333-105-2 and R. 2333-107.
Where the works of the public electricity transmission and distribution networks, located on the territory of the department, are operated by separate legal entities, the overall amount of the fee, set by the departmental council in accordance with the procedures laid down in article R. 3333-4, is borne by these different legal entities in proportion to the length of the networks they operate on the territory of this department.
