The fees payable each year to a department for the temporary occupation of its public domain by worksites on gas transmission network and public gas distribution network structures, as well as on individual gas pipelines, are set by the departmental council under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2333-114-1 et R. 2333-117.
Les redevances dues chaque année à un département pour l’occupation provisoire de son domaine public par les chantiers de travaux sur des ouvrages des réseaux de transport de gaz et des réseaux publics de distribution de gaz, ainsi que sur des canalisations particulières de gaz, sont fixées par le conseil départemental dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2333-114-1 et R. 2333-117.
