Article R3334-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of articles R. 2334-22 to R. 2334-26, from the second paragraph of Article R. 2334-27 as well as Articles R. 2334-28 to R. 2334-31 are applicable to the share of the allocation to support departmental investment provided for in 1° of I of Article L. 3334-10, replacing, where necessary, the reference to communes or public establishments for inter-communal cooperation with that of the departmental council and that of the mayor or that of the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation with that of the president of the departmental council.

Article R3334-4

Les dispositions des articles R. 2334-22 à R. 2334-26, du second alinéa de l’article R. 2334-27 ainsi que des articles R. 2334-28 à R. 2334-31 sont applicables à la part de la dotation de soutien à l’investissement des départements prévue au 1° du I de l’article L. 3334-10, en remplaçant, en tant que de besoin, la mention des communes ou des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale par celle du conseil départemental et celle du maire ou celle du président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale par celle du président du conseil départemental.
