The regional prefect decides, from among the applications sent to him under the conditions provided for in article R. 1614-84, the list of operations to be supported and the amount of credits to be allocated to the local authority or public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation. It ensures that this list reserves a majority share of the allocations for capital works.

The municipality, public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or department receiving the grant informs the regional prefect of the start and completion of the operation. .
