For the application of article D. 332-6, the references to articles L. 411-1 and R. 412-16 of the Forestry Code are replaced respectively by those to articles L. 411-1 and R. * 412-14 of the Mayotte Forestry Code.
References made by the provisions of this book applicable in Mayotte to provisions that do not apply there are replaced by references to provisions with the same purpose applicable locally.
