The minimum remuneration received by an apprentice preparing a professional licence during the apprenticeship contract or period corresponds to that set for the second year of performance of the contract under the conditions set out in article D. 6222-26.
Except where a lower rate is provided for by a specific agreement or contract, the benefits in kind received by the apprentice may be deducted from the salary up to a limit of 75% of the deduction authorised for other workers by the applicable social security regulations. These deductions may not exceed, each month, an amount equal to three quarters of the salary.
The apprentice will undergo an information and prevention visit as provided for in articles R. 4624-10 to R. 4624-15 or a pre-recruitment medical examination as provided for in articles R. 4623-22 to R. 4624-27 no later than two months after being recruited.
