Article D6222-33 of the French Labour Code

Except where a lower rate is provided for by a specific agreement or contract, the benefits in kind received by the apprentice may be deducted from the salary up to a limit of 75% of the deduction authorised for other workers by the applicable social security regulations. These deductions may not exceed, each month, an amount equal to three quarters of the salary.
