In the event of a reduction in the workforce, the payment of bonuses corresponding to the most recent job creations is suspended to the extent of the reduction in the workforce.

In the event of a reduction in the workforce, the payment of bonuses corresponding to the most recent job creations is suspended to the extent of the reduction in the workforce.
Half the amount of the bonus is paid as soon as the new job is filled on a full-time basis. The balance is paid by 31 March of the following year at the latest, after verification of the average number of employees.
