The value of the prizes provided for in the first paragraph of I of article L. 331-5, above which the organisation of the sporting event is, under the conditions specified by the said article, subject to the approval of the delegating sports federation, is set at 3,000 euros.
Applications for the declaration or authorisation of sporting events as provided for in articles R. 331-6 and R. 331-20 of this code are submitted to the competent local authority in electronic format via an information system accessible from a website belonging to the Minister for Sport or, where applicable, by post.
