The chair of the jury for the three-level state diploma in sports education may, at any time, decide to suspend the tests, in particular for safety reasons.
The certificate of qualification and aptitude for the functions mentioned in article L. 212-1 is issued by the Minister for Sport, after receiving the opinion of a qualified jury composed as follows: 1° The Director of Sports or his representative, who chairs the examination; 2° The national technical director for the discipline concerned, or, if there is no technical directorate, a technical manager appointed by the Minister for Sports; 3°…
The attestation of qualification and aptitude may be issued, under conditions defined by an order specific to each discipline, to people who can provide proof of: – proven and attested professional experience; – a sports title, diploma, certification or skill, making it possible to identify the level of professional knowledge and abilities corresponding to the levels assessed by the three-level brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif.
The candidate referred to in article A. 212-165 wishing to obtain a certificate of qualification and aptitude must compile a file comprising : 1° An application on plain paper; 2° An individual civil status form less than three months old; 3° A medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to practising and teaching the sport in question; 4° An extract from the criminal record; 5° Any documents proving the…
The qualifications and diplomas recognised as having prerogatives equivalent to each of the levels of the “brevet d’Etat d’éducateur sportif” are listed in appendix II-10 to this code. The exemptions allowing reduced training or examination requirements are listed in appendix II-11 to this code.
