A co-ordination body is set up, comprising the chairmen and vice-chairmen of the plenary committee and each sub-committee, and the secretary general referred to in Article A. 142-27. It is responsible for preparing the work programme of the sub-committees and the Committee and for specific studies.

Article A142-29 of the French Sports Code

After receiving the opinion of the coordination body mentioned in article A. 142-28, the annual work programme is drawn up by agreement between the Director of Sport and the President of the Professional Advisory Commission for Sport and Leisure Activities. If no agreement is reached, the programme is drawn up by the Minister for Youth and the Minister for Sport.
