Section 3: The Professional Advisory Committee for Sport and Leisure Activities (Commission professionnelle consultative des métiers du sport et de l'animation)

The Professional Advisory Committee for Sport and Leisure Activities meets at least twice a year. In the absence of a quorum, it will meet within a fortnight and may deliberate regardless of the number of members present.

The committee is informed regularly, and at least once a year, of the outcome of its work. The committee shall draw up its own rules of procedure defining how it operates.

The members of the committee perform their duties free of charge. However, their travel and subsistence expenses may be reimbursed under the conditions laid down by the public regulations in force.
