The regulations of delegated sports federations are made available to the public in electronic form throughout their period of validity.
These regulations must be easily accessible. To this end, they should be classified chronologically and by subject.
A search engine based on indexing the content of the regulations can be set up to facilitate keyword searches.
With regard to the format used for publication : – the regulations must be viewable directly on screen without the need for additional software outside the browser; – they must be available for off-line consultation via download in the form of an open-standard file that can be viewed without additional software or using free software; – No operating system should be imposed.
