Chapter II: Commercial events

The data included in the automated processing system may only be processed by officials of the prefecture and the directorate in charge of trade of the ministry responsible for trade, within the limits of their duties. .

The following may obtain, online or by written request to the directorate mentioned in Article A. 762-14, of the automated processing data concerning them: 1° The operator of a registered exhibition centre; 2° The organiser of a declared commercial event; 3° The inspection body referred to in Article A. 762-12.

The rights of access and rectification provided for in articles 39 et 40 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés s’exercent auprès de la direction chargée du commerce du ministère chargé du commerce.

Personal data are kept on computer for a period of five years from the date on which they were last modified. Non-personal data are kept on computer for a period of ten years from the date on which they were last modified. .

The right to object provided for in article 38 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés ne s’applique pas au traitement automatisé.
