The preparation of radiopharmaceutical medicinal products as defined in 7° of Article L. 5121-1 is prohibited. The dispensing by a pharmacy of preparations other than those mentioned in the first paragraph, which may present a health risk and the list of which is set by order of the Minister for Health, is subject to authorisation from the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
