Section 4: Obligation and conditions of registration

I – The natural or legal persons mentioned in article L. 211-1 are registered in the register mentioned inarticle L. 141-3. Professionals who are not established in a Member State of the European Union or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and who sell or offer for sale the services mentioned inarticle L. 211-1 or who direct these activities to France by any means are obliged to provide a guarantee against insolvency in accordance with article L. 211-18.
