The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall make the notification provided for in Articles L. 522-9, L. 522-11-1 and L. 522-11-2 within three months.
The maximum amount of payment transactions referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 522-11-1 is set at three million euros per month. This ceiling applies to the average total amount, over the previous twelve months, of payment transactions executed by the payment institution, including its agents.
The minimum capital of the payment institutions referred to in article L. 522-11-1 is set at 40,000 euros.
