Notwithstanding the second paragraph of article L. 1114-1, the representation of users of the healthcare system in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Mayotte in hospital or public health bodies may, in the absence of approved associations within the meaning of this article, be ensured by associations that do not benefit from this approval.
For the application of article L. 1434-12-2 in Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, references to the General Tax Code are replaced by references to locally applicable texts with the same purpose.
