Subsection 5: Referrals to the Agency by the associations referred to in Article L. 1313-3

Referrals made by associations authorised under the second paragraph of article L. 1313-3 must be sent by the head of the association, or by his or her representative expressly designated by proxy, to the Director General of the Agency.
