Chapter VI: Legal costs

Article R. 146 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 146.-When an assessor-judge is unable to meet his travel expenses, the procedure shall be in accordance with the provisions of article R. 134.”

Article R. 147-1 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 147-1.-The rate for custody costs incurred by the immobilisation of a vehicle decided pursuant to articles 131-6 (5°) and 131-14 (2°) of the Penal Code is set by an order of the Prefect.”

A article R. 149, the words: “comptable direct du Trésor” are replaced by the words: “receveur des domaines”.

A article R. 187, after the words “public prosecutor”, the following words are inserted: “, subject to the regulatory provisions relating to members of the gendarmerie acting as bailiffs”.

At the end of the second paragraph of article R. 189, the words: “by insertion in a police bulletin” are replaced by the words: “by any other means”.

Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article R. 194 are deleted.

A in article R. 219, the words: “the imprest administrators” are replaced by the words: “the Receiver of Finances”.

A article R. 229, the words: “payment of the expenditure voucher by the administrator into the hands of this accountant” are replaced by the word: “payment”.

Article R. 233 is worded as follows: “Art. R. 233.-Unless there are special provisions, payment of costs is made by the Treasury on the basis of a certified or taxed statement or brief from the party involved. “

The first paragraph of Article R. 234 is worded as follows: “In the case of a certified statement or statement of account, the accounting officer assigned before payment or the stakeholder, within a period of one month from the collection of the sum, may submit a complaint to the public prosecutor, who shall refer the matter to the taxing magistrate with his requisitions.”
