The sports agents’ commission acknowledges receipt of the declaration. If it is not accompanied by all of the required documents, the committee will ask the interested party to produce the missing documents. If the sports agents’ commission considers that the supporting documents mentioned in article R. 222-23 attest to a level of qualification at least equivalent to that required in France to exercise the profession of sports agent, it recognises the applicant’s qualification.

If the Commission considers that there is a substantial difference between the level of qualification attested by the documentary evidence mentioned in article R. 222-23 and the level of qualification required to exercise the activity of sports agent in France, it shall recognise the qualification if it considers that this difference is entirely covered by the experience, skills and competencies acquired by the person concerned through full-time or part-time professional…

Recognition of qualification enables the person concerned to obtain a sports agent’s licence without having undergone the examination mentioned in article R. 222-14 or followed the prior training mentioned in article R. 222-19.
