Subsection 3: Nationals of a Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area wishing to practise within the framework of the provision of services

Nationals of Member States of the European Union or parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, who are legally established in one of these States to carry out the activity of sports agent and who intend to carry it out in France on a temporary and occasional basis, must submit a declaration in accordance with the conditions set out in article R. 222-29.

The declaration referred to in article R. 222-28 shall be sent to the sports agents’ commission of the relevant delegated federation at least one month before the start of the exercise in France.
