Paragraph 1: Common provisions

The service provider acting on behalf of the Minister for Labour mentioned in 2° of Article R. 2122-14 shall set up a processing centre located on French territory for the postal voting and remote electronic voting provided for in Article L. 2122-10-7.

Remote electronic voting and postal voting systems are subject to an independent assessment prior to their implementation.
