CHAPTER III : The President of the Assembly of French Guyana and the Standing Committee

The standing committee may not deliberate unless an absolute majority of its members are present or represented. The last two paragraphs of Article L. 7122-14 are applicable to the Standing Committee.

The President of the Assembly of French Guyana may decide that the meeting of the standing committee shall be held in several places, by videoconference. When the meeting of the standing committee is held by videoconference, the quorum is assessed on the basis of the presence of the members of the standing committee in the various places by videoconference.
