Paragraph 2: Drawing up the list

The committee provided for by Article 262 shall meet with its composition set by article 10-5 during the month of September to draw up the annual list of citizen assessors. In accordance with article 10-5, it excludes from the preparatory list of the annual list the persons mentioned in 1° to 3° of this article. The members of the commission are subject to professional secrecy under the conditions and under the penalties provided for by the articles 226-13 and 226-14 of the Penal Code. They may not communicate to third parties any information relating to the situation of persons on the preparatory list of which they have become aware in the course of their duties.

The First President notifies those selected of their inclusion on the annual list of citizen assessors by 15 November at the latest.
