The commitments made by the employer in the contract for mixed employment and professional equality between women and men must aim to make a significant contribution to establishing professional equality between women and men in the company or establishment, or to contribute to developing mixed employment, by adopting measures to raise awareness, recruit, train, promote and improve working conditions.

The contract for mixed employment and professional equality between women and men is concluded on behalf of the State by the regional prefect. If its scope goes beyond the regional framework, the contract is concluded by the minister responsible for women’s rights.
