The sums committed by the regional health agencies for the missions mentioned in article R. 1435-16 are paid to the professionals, public bodies or organisations, whatever their status, responsible for their implementation. Flat-rate remuneration incurred under 1° of III of article R. 1435-16 may be allocated to a health centre employing a salaried doctor who participates in the continuity of care.
