Subsection 2: Operation and control of the company

The société de participations financières de professions libérales d’administrateurs judiciaires ou de mandataires judiciaires shall inform the competent national commission and the public prosecutor at the court of appeal within whose jurisdiction its registered office is located, within thirty days of the date on which it occurs, of any change in the situation declared pursuant to l’article R. 814-160.

Non-compliance with the provisions governing the formation and operation of sociétés de participations financières de professions libérales by judicial administrators or judicial representatives who are partners in such a company may give rise to disciplinary proceedings.
