Section 6: Sociétés de participations financières de professions libérales d'administrateurs judiciaires ou de mandataires judiciaires (financial holding companies for the liberal professions of court-appointed administrators or agents)

The société de participations financières de professions libérales d’administrateurs judiciaires ou de mandataires judiciaires shall inform the competent national commission and the public prosecutor at the court of appeal within whose jurisdiction its registered office is located, within thirty days of the date on which it occurs, of any change in the situation declared pursuant to l’article R. 814-160.
