The objection provided for in the fifth paragraph of article L. 134-5 is lodged with the collective management organisation mentioned in article L. 134-3 which, within one month of the date on which the objection was notified to it, withdraws the exploitation authorisation issued to the publisher. The application for withdrawal provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 134-6 must be made to the collective management organisation mentioned in article L. 134-3. Failing to establish within three months of receipt of the withdrawal request that the request was made by a person not entitled to do so, the organisation forfeits the right provided for in I of Article L. 134-3.

When the right provided for in I of article L. 134-3 is withdrawn, the organisation shall inform the Bibliothèque nationale de France, which shall enter a reference to this withdrawal in the public database provided for in article L. 134-2.

The publicity measures referred to in Article L. 134-7 include an information campaign conducted at the initiative of the Ministry responsible for culture, in conjunction with the collective management bodies and professional organisations in the book sector.
