Persons providing the secretariat for the Comité Consultatif du Secteur Financier, the Comité Consultatif de la Législation et de la Réglementation Financières and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution, as well as Banque de France staff and persons responsible for carrying out documentary and on-site inspections, may not hold any remunerated position in a credit institution, finance company, electronic money institution, payment institution or investment firm.
