Subsection 2: Publication of the acts of the Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée and its Chairman

The deliberations of the Board of Directors of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of a regulatory nature shall be published in the Bulletin officiel du cinéma et de l’image animée, in particular those mentioned in 5° of article R. 112-4, to article R. 112-5 and Article D. 311-1 as well as the general regulations mentioned in this article.

The decisions of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of a regulatory nature shall be published in the Bulletin officiel du cinéma et de l’image animée, in particular those taken pursuant to 2° of Article L. 111-3, as well as those taken pursuant to 3° of article R. 112-23 and the articles R. 112-24 et R. 112-25.

The following are published in the Bulletin officiel du cinéma et de l’image animée: 1° Directives, instructions and circulars, issued by the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée under the prerogatives provided for in article L. 111-3, which include an interpretation of positive law or a description of administrative procedures, pursuant to article R. 312-3 of the Code des relations entre le public et l’administration…

Decisions taken by the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée in the exercise of his powers under article L. 111-3, in particular: 1° Approved programming commitments; 2° Elements of programming projects valid as programming commitments; 3° Decisions to approve cinema access packages, as well as the commitments of the exhibitor issuing the approved package.

The decisions of the Chairman of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée mentioned in 5° and 6° of Article R. 112-23.
