The President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée is notified of the decision to specialise one or more cinemas.Unless the President objects on the grounds of non-compliance with the provisions of this section, the specialisation of a cinema takes effect on the first day of the cinematic quarter following the date of receipt of the notification provided for in the previous paragraph.
