When the operator of a cinema that has opted for the specialisation provided for in article D. 311-5 waives the waiver, automatic grants are calculated from the date on which the waiver is approved.

Lorsque l’exploitant d’un établissement de spectacles cinématographiques qui a opté pour la spécialisation prévue à l’article D. 311-5 renonce à celle-ci, le calcul des aides automatiques s’effectue à compter du jour où l’homologation de la renonciation prend effet.
