Section 2: Conditions and prohibitions on the use of freelance administration services

The client company may only use a temporary employee to carry out an occasional task that is not part of its normal, permanent activity, or for a one-off service that requires expertise that it does not have.

The provisions of Titles III and IV of Book II of Part Eight are not applicable to freelance administration carried out under the conditions defined in this chapter.
